Business Process Outsourcing is a thriving industry in Hyderabad providing employment to thousands of job seekers.  The BPO jobs are offered to both experienced and freshers.

Some criteria for job seekers for BPO jobs would be that they must have excellent command over Written and Spoken English, good listening ability and should be willing to work in shifts. Most of the BPOs cater for American, British or Australian companies, so adapting to these timings becomes important. Graduation in any subject is generally acceptable for Telecalling or Backend support.  However, technical knowledge is important if one is opting for technical or semi technical support jobs.

Generally the salaries start anywhere from 10,000 or 12,000 Rupees and can go up to 25,000 Rupees or more per month.
